Your enjoyment and well-being are our top priorities, and it is our responsibility to ensure that your experience on starlightfrontiers.com remains balanced, secure, and fully within your control.

Our mission is to offer a fun and safe environment where your time spent playing remains positive and sustainable.
User Protection Policy
1. Protection of Minors
With widespread internet access on mobile and home devices, safeguarding minors requires active parental supervision. We encourage parents and guardians to use filtering and monitoring tools to prevent underage users from accessing inappropriate or harmful content.
2. Tips for Parents
- Keep your username and password private.
- Avoid leaving your device unattended while logged in.
- Do not use “Remember Me” on shared devices.
- Supervise minors’ access to all electronic and mobile devices.
- Do not allow anyone under 18 to access adult-oriented (+18) activities.
- Use filtering tools to block inappropriate content.
- If minors use your device, restrict access to social gaming platforms.
Recommended tools include Qustodio, Bark, Kaspersky Safe Kids, and Google Family Link.
3. Tips for Users
- Ensure that playing on Starlight Frontiers is your personal decision.
- Set your limits before you begin gaming.
- Learn the rules of each game before starting.
- Avoid playing if:
– Gaming disrupts your daily responsibilities.
– You are under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
4. Keeping Track of Your Play
Keep it fun
Social gaming is meant to entertain—not replace real life. Play moderately and enjoy the experience.
Monitor your time
We love having you here, but gaming should stay just one of your hobbies. Treat it like going to the movies or enjoying a casual activity.
Use our management tools
If needed, you can pause your gaming or restrict yourself at any time using the options described in this policy.
Reflect on your habits
If you are concerned about how often you play, consider using our self-assessment section to review your gaming behavior.
5. Staying in Control
We support responsible play by offering tools that help you manage how many Star Coins you can receive daily, weekly, or monthly. Our support team is available around the clock to help set these limits.
Available limits include:
- Daily receiving limit
- Weekly receiving limit
- Monthly receiving limit
To apply a limit, contact Customer Support at **[email protected]**.
Requests require a short processing period, and limits take effect only when confirmed in writing. If the limits do not appear applied, please notify us immediately.
You may modify or remove limits at any time by contacting our support team.
Take a Break & Account Closure Options
Take a Break
You may temporarily lock your account for 24 hours or 7 days.
Once activated, the break cannot be reversed until the period ends.
Your account will reopen automatically unless you email us requesting otherwise.
Submit break requests via **[email protected]** or the 24/7 help form.
A short processing time may apply, and breaks take effect only after written confirmation.
Play Pause Options
How Play Pause Works
Play pause provides a longer, more comprehensive restriction on access.
Once applied, it cannot be removed or changed until the selected period ends.
The minimum duration is 6 months, with longer periods available upon request.
We apply a strict block to prevent access during your play pause, but we cannot guarantee it to be 100% fail-safe.
Please do not attempt to bypass restrictions by creating new accounts or using different details.
During play pause:
- No daily logins, star rewards, or progression points are earned.
Virtual Star Coins During Restrictions
Your account remains inactive during any Timeout, Deactivation, or play pause.
If reactivated, your Star Coins balance will return to what it was before the restriction.
No refunds or transfers of virtual currencies are allowed during these periods.
Pending redemptions will not be processed.
Account Information During Restrictions
We keep required account information in line with our Privacy Policy.
We aim to stop sending marketing emails during restricted periods, but occasional errors may occur.
If you receive any by mistake, contact **[email protected]** for assistance.
For access to your account history or transaction details during a restricted period, contact Support directly.
Submitting a Play Pause Request
To request play pause, email **[email protected]** or use the 24/7 help form.
The minimum period is 6 months.
Play pause becomes active only once confirmed in writing.
Deactivating Your Starlight Frontiers Account
If you want to close your account without setting a time frame, you can request deactivation.
Your account data remains preserved so you can return anytime.
You may reactivate your account by contacting Support.
Tips for Play Pause Users
- Consider excluding yourself from other gaming platforms as well.
- Mute or unfollow gaming-related content on social media.
- Marketing emails will stop once play pause begins, though updates may take up to 24 hours.
Exclusion for Unregistered Users
Even without an account, you can request exclusion by emailing **[email protected]** with:
- Full name
- Residential address
- Age
We will prevent future registration attempts.
Play pause will be lifted only if you submit a written request asking us to disregard your previous exclusion.
Starlight Frontiers may also exclude users if there are signs of potential gaming-related issues.
Activity Statement
You can review your gaming information in the Gaming History section.
For additional history or transaction data, contact our 24/7 Support team.
6. Self-Assessment
If you are concerned that gaming—either yours or someone else’s—may be becoming problematic, these questions may help you reflect:
- Do you often think about past or future gaming sessions?
- Do you hide or lie about your gaming habits?
- Do interruptions during gaming cause frustration or anger?
- After a break, do you return and binge excessively?
- Do you use gaming for emotional comfort?
- Do you play early in the morning?
- Do you find ways to play when away from home?
- Do you exceed your own limits and continue longer than intended?
- Do you lose sleep due to gaming?
- Have you skipped work, school, or responsibilities to game?
- Have you uninstalled a game and later returned to it?
- Do you feel guilt or shame about your gaming?
- Has gaming caused arguments with others?
- Has gaming replaced hobbies or activities?
- Do you forget deadlines or responsibilities because of gaming?
- Do you react defensively when someone comments on your gaming time?
- Do you skip social events to play games?
- Have relationships suffered due to gaming?
- Do you experience intense emotional highs or lows while gaming?
If you answered “yes” to several questions, it may be a sign that adjusting your gaming habits—or seeking support—could be helpful.
